What does my child need to be safe and healthy in gym?
- Long hair needs to be tied back in a ponytail
- Comfortable clothing appropriate for stretching and movement

- Avoid wearing necklaces and dangly earrings
Please help your child be prepared for gym each day for the next two weeks. Thank you for your support!

Click here for Long and McQuade's store to see the type of recorder you will need to purchase.
