In Math today we looked at sorting a variety of polygons based on a sorting rule that each student created. Students created sorting rules such as:
Polygons with 3 sides and Polygons with more than 3 sides.
In Social Studies most students are creating their paragraphs on their sub-topics. Once they have completed their paragraphs they will decide which text features to include in their posters and start to put their posters together.
This afternoon we participated in Winter Walk Day. It was sunny and warm and a wonderful day to celebrate being active in the winter months.
I would like to ask that students not bring their lacrosse sticks to school. Thank you for your cooperation with this.
Spelling test Friday.
Book orders due Wednesday February 11, 2014.
Have a wonderful evening!
