We've constructed some pretty amazing playgrounds! Today we had our in-school field trip, which was directly connected with our Science work from earlier in the term. Students thought creatively, shared collaboratively, and build some of the most fantastic playgrounds we've ever seen!
Students also participated in a gigantic, full-school game of freeze tag! At 2:30, all of the school was invited to the field as music played on our sound system, and they ran, sweat (it was pretty gross!), and tagged their friends and the kids in other grades. I've never seen 500 kids play tag before, but it was pretty fun to watch and participate!
Upcoming Dates:
Please remember that our Fish Creek field trip for tomorrow has been cancelled as we were short volunteers. We are rescheduling for Wednesday June 24th in the AM. Please let me know if you are able to help us out.
Question of the Day:
What was the most memorable part of building a playground?
