Why can't we see objects in the dark? This was our science question for the day, and we set out to try and discover why we need light to see things. We went to a very dark room in the school to observe different objects in the dark. We finally realized that the light actually "bounces" or reflects off of objects. We also talked about the moon and cleared up some misconceptions about the light of the moon. Students are coming home with a glowing object in their back pack tonight!

Question of the Day
How can we see the moon if it doesn't emit its own light??
Have a great night!
