In math, students examined the differences between 2D shapes and 3D objects. Today we specifically looked at pyramids and prisms. What is the difference between the two? We also noticed that both pyramids and prisms (3D objects) are made up of different 2D shapes. We introduced some new vocabulary words to help us as we describe various shapes: vertice, edge, face, base.
