Students had some additional time to refine the designs of their cars this morning.
Students were quite creative in their endeavors to construct their cars with the ideas of reducing friction and having greater rolling efficiency.
We continue our projects involving growing Tyme, with enough time to integrate art through decorating clay pots with unique colorful designs.
GStudents seemed to enjoy playing our "Aces" outside game for our break and it was certainly lots of fun exercise. We finished the day with a presentation regarding the transitions students may encounter when entering Grade 5. There was lots of helpful information in the summary booklets the students received that we will be doing some work with next week.
Students received a informational/permission form regarding our upcoming Health Program. Parents are encouraged to review the permission form and return by Monday, May 9th. Additionally, with the recent warm temperatures, it is great that many students are bringing their water bottles in order to stay well hydrated throughout the day. Please note that students can feel free to bring water bottles to keep in the classroom and that they can refill them throughout the day.
Thanks,
Mr.Smith.
