In math tomorrow we will begin looking at multiplication as a representation of area. Students will map out the area of books to build their skills as they find the area of their classroom and other spaces in the school. They will use these skills to solve a number of riddles and problems that will help them to see Mathematics in a purposeful, informative light.
This Thursday, October 29, students are welcome to wear costumes. Please remind your child that the costumes cannot have masks or weapons, and they cannot be too scary.
We will be watching The City of Ember on the afternoon of Thursday, October 29 with Mrs. Maronese's class.
