Wow, what a day!
I was very nervous this morning because of some wacky weather, but the sun came out and warmed us all up (melting ice!). We could not have asked for more perfect weather.
Students spent the day exploring the East side of Fish Creek Park, and learning about the impact that humans have made on the area over thousands of years. We spent time in a teepee, we looked at a timeline of Fish Creek Park from early man to the present, and ran around outside (learning, and re-learning, that ice is slippery!). Ask your student what their favorite part of the day was!
I had many very tired students leave the classroom today, I hope they sleep well! Have a wonderful evening!
