Whoa, where did the time go! Welcome to the final month of grade three!
This morning students fed their praying manti for the first time! I picked up flightless fruit flies yesterday, and we watched many being eaten by the hungry praying manti. We will give them more food and water tomorrow morning.
Today students began planning their own Minute to Win It game! We decided that the game had to be played with honour, involve only one or two people, give us data that we can graph, and it had to be fun! Ask your student what ideas they came up with, and which is their favourite!
We also had our ALS walk this afternoon! Students did a lovely job performing their dance, and then walked and talked for 3 kilometers along Fish Creek and through the Evergreen pathways. We had some tired students coming back! I hope that they sleep well!
Have a wonderful evening!
