Drawing requires a lot of concentration. To begin out research and gathering information, students followed a guided drawing of the Taj Majal. We paused at various points, used rulers and even made 2 if needed. We will be using our guided drawings and creating a nonfiction piece.
As continued work on our opinion nonfiction writing, students were given the scenario if they were allowed to get a computer, what would they get a laptop or desktop? We create various facts about both using the categories of size, quality, accessories, productivity etc. Tomorrow we will be creating a written paragraph. We will be also looking back at our previous opinion writing and asking ourselves what's our next step in the continuum.
