Providing feedback can be a very valuable tool!
Students have been working on their creations of their number lines. Today they worked in partners to check criteria and provide positive feedback to their peers. Most found they met the criteria, and knew what their next steps were.
Students began to work on their second powerpoint presentation. I can already see their growth and increase in understanding of their country and the program itself.
Students who did not complete their research yet have been asked to bring it home. Please ask your child if they have completed it or not. They may access the research links through their google accounts.
In science we examined different ways plants are stimulated. We learned what tropism means and viewed different videos. We then brainstormed how animals respond to stimuli and what some stimuli might be.
Tomorrow students are encouraged to wear their hats to school in support of Mental Health.
Have a wonderful evening!
