Today in Math we built skyscrapers, using arrays to create the windows for the buildings. In Social we continued to identify the non-fiction text features that we would find in a magazine, determining what makes these features good or bad. In Science we tested the strength of the bindings that were created yesterday... Who would have thought masking tape would hold the most weight!
Tomorrow we are going to be starting division, and in Science we will be creating the second iteration of our storage containers.
Reminders:
1. Please fill out and return skating field trip forms
2. Students can bring in one material to use for their storage containers tomorrow
3. If any parents would like to volunteer for skating please email me.
Thanks, and have a great night,
Mr. MacKenzie and Ms. Kerner
