Determining your next steps can be tricky. In grade 3 the students have more independence in choosing the priority of certain tasks and the order in which they complete them. Today, the students had 3 things that they needed to accomplish during an independent work period: Their poetry, their letter to a soldier, and the artwork connected to their poems. The students did very well in their work. They self-advocated, typed, problem-saved, and helped each other as they completed their tasks.
The students also went to Ms. Bell's room today to work on our classroom Reef for Remembrance Day. They are very proud of their work, and they are taking this assembly very seriously.
Tomorrow is going to be very busy. All students should be able to complete their letters, their poetry, and their art.
Reminders:
1. All Scholastic orders are due tomorrow
All the best,
Mr. MacKenzie
