In reflection of our year, students brainstormed what they have learned, identified strengths, and shared their knowledge. They were encouraged to build connections between subjects and topics, and to recall as many details as they could. I am excited to read their letters tonight!
In Science/Literacy today, the students impressed by nearly finishing their life cycle reports. I had a tremendous conversation with one student who was able to detail, stage-by-stage, how their animal is perfectly suited to live in their habitat. Survival is the key, and all of our animals have a number of strategies!
Tomorrow will be another big day. The students will continue to be challenged and pushed as they hone their golf course, collect appropriate data, and finalize our course.
Have an outstanding evening!
Mr. MacKenzie
