Happy Friday!!
Today we began our day working on a Razzle Dazzle for Mrs. J! Ask me what wrote and sketched for her today.
Next we wrote our lovely parents letters using cursive writing! Ask me to show you my yellow parent letter notebook. Please read what I wrote to you and respond back to my writing in cursive as well! Provide me some feedback on my cursive writing skills!!
Then we went to the learning commons to sketch our favourite mosaic. Ask me which one I sketched and why it was my favourite. Next week will shade the pictures using pencil crayons.
During snack we watched a video about the life cycle of a frog from egg to adult frog. Ask me to tell you the different stages of the frog life cycle!
We went outside for gym today and learned a new game called "crack the code". Ask me how this game works and who was in my group! We can't wait to teach Mrs. Wilcox's class on Monday!
We ended the day learning a board game created my Mrs. Watkins' friend in California. This game involved learning about endangered Great Apes and their survival. This game was created with the help of Jane Goodall and we are the first people in Canada to try the game! Ask me what I thought of the game. We are going to play this game on Fridays and will create our own game in the same way in June!
Have a lovely weekend everyone!
