What happens every time you do something? Anything? A learning task, cleaning your room, or reading a book all have 4 steps:
1. Set a goal
2. Make a plan
3. Do it!
4. Reflect
The students learned these steps today from the occupational therapist. They also spent time talking about how to organize their days, weeks, months and years. They organized a calendar for a fictional book report and discussed the benefit of looking at their daily schedule before the day begins.
The students also successfully converted the scale on their map into meters on their actual frisbee golf holes! It is very impressive... We're a couple of lessons away from playing our first round!

Tomorrow is our ALS walk! Please be sure to send your children to school with water bottles, appropriate clothing, appropriate footwear, and a positive attitude!
