What a busy day! From reflecting on our field trip and the life cycle of Rainbow Trout to preparing for our musical, the students were active and engaged in their learning all day.
The students reviewed the success criteria for creating a visual journal page. They discussed how to connect the life cycle of a fish with adaptations at each phase of a fish's development, and how each adaptation/trait helps them to survive in nature.
The new school, Marshal Springs, is opening next year and our students will be going there. If you would be interested in getting to know the principal, please come to the parent council meeting this Wednesday, April 13th.
Reminders:
1. Ms. Kerner is, unfortunately, leaving at the end of the week.
Have a great night,
Mr. MacKenzie
