Creating your own number line can be a bit of challenge. Students are working with their partner to create their own version of a number line. Some cards may require a form of operation to solve them or include decimals as well. The challenge is to get them to think about their number and why its value is different than others.
We worked on our visual art panels. They look amazing and are really coming along. The amount of detail and coordination required to complete is surprising.
We continued our research of schools around the world. Today we analyzed various photos and make inferences of what we believe to be their possible class size, organization and supplies. Many were surprised to see the lack of technology present in the classrooms.
