If your child is saying their legs hurt. They are most likely telling you the truth. Today for one of our minute to win it challenges, students tracked how many squats they could do in one minute. They did this challenge 3 times!
We read with our buddies and gave them feedback on how they have improved.
We completed our documentation of classifying animals into the different categories and their characteristics. Tomorrow we will begin our research.
Reminders: We are raising money for ALS research
Evergreen for ALS
Our school is participating in a community walk to support the ALS Society of Alberta on Thursday, June 1, 2017. This is a cause that has directly impacted our school this year. Approximately 3 000 Canadians live with ALS. There is no known cause or cure for this devastating disease - yet.
All proceeds from our walk will stay in Alberta to make each day the best possible day for people living with and affected by ALS. Please use the link below if you would like to make an online donation. Our School ALS Donation Page with the ALS Society of Alberta: EVERGREEN FOR ALS . We thank you for your support!
