Ask me about the visit. This afternoon we practiced for "A Kid's Life" and ended our day with Alberta Event research. Love room 74 Dear families,
Today we had a visit from the S4 Police officer. Ask me what footprint I leave behind! (Example qualities: role model, good listener, helping, caring, kind etc.) We also had a dress rehearsal for our "Kid's Life" show. Our show is this thursday at 10am and 630pm. Hope to see you there. Tomorrow is ride your bike to school day. Please lock up bikes along the school fence. Tomorrow we are going on our tour at Woodman school. Today we continued to research our significant Alberta event. Ask me what information I discovered.
This afternoon we discussed and wrote about "What Citizenship means to me" and how I show Citizenship in the class at recess or during buddy time. Ask me about this. Mrs. Redd is coming for a visit tomorrow afternoon. We are excited and looking forward to meeting baby Kamryn. Some students have offered to bring in food for the "Baby shower". In science we started an experiment called "Get in Position" The task was to construct a wheel and axle combination in order to determine the most efficient position of the axle. We are hoping to experiment with our box car Tuesday. During lunch we had a practice fire drill. Ask me about this. After lunch we dried off and worked further at our bike stations. Ask me what station I was at today, and what information I gathered. This afternoon we also go to visit Mrs. Preidka's Fairy Tale book launch. Hope you have a great weekend, room 74. |
