Trying to keep the doors open for learning at all hours, we've added an additional resource to the Social Studies project page we are working on (found here). If you scroll to the bottom, you will see the rubric the students created and some other checklists that will guide their final project. Right now we are working with students to understand that their work is better with revision and consultation. This means that we are going to facilitate self, peer, and teacher feedback through the guiding document.
Tomorrow we will be giving the entire class a fairly challenging spelling assessment. It will give us more information about where they require growth, and how they are spelling so we can allocate resources to move them forward.
Thank you to all of those who have already booked interviews, we look forward to connecting with you. If there are not slots available that work for you, we would be thrilled to meet with you before or after school throughout the week. Please send us an email to set that up!
Question of the Day:
What body of water touches the Tunisian coast? (www.maps.google.com might be a good place to start!)
