We communicated how there are certain skills that we need to be successful regardless of what task and that they are called executive functioning skills. Today we introduced an executive functioning skill of Time Management. We discussed various ways to be efficient and purposeful.
In math, we continued with skip counting and demonstrated how it will be very beneficial when looking at multiplication in the future. We are focusing on skip counting by 2,5,and 10 from any given point, both forwards and backwards. We also worked on our mental math skills by visualizing 10 more or 10 less.
Tomorrow is picture day.
