Division was another topic that we worked on today. All groups are examining division through different lenses and in different ways to guarantee that all learners are challenged and getting the challenges that they require. Please note that in grade three we are working with students to understand division up to dividing by 5. If you are looking for some additional practice (and you can't get your kid's eyes off a screen), remember that parent council has purchased a license for Mathletics!
We're excited about a whole bunch of work happening this month. The calendar went home, but please pay careful attention to the following dates:
April 7-9 -Curling during gym class (Rocks and Rings will come in and supplement our physical education lessons).
April 13-16 - Swimming in the mornings at Canyon Meadows Pool.
April 29 - Spring Class Photo Day
