Today, learners had the opportunity to further explore prototyping and designing their contraptions/gadgets/simple machines from a plethora of bicycle parts left over from the Bicycle Stations activities. It will certainly be interesting to see what each design team is able to innovate and buildcome up with tomorrow! Learners also worked on their math name banners and have began making their perimeter and area calculations. I wonder if learners could find applications of perimeter and area in their house? This afternoon, learners continued their work on presentations for social studies and learners will be sharing their work next week. We finished the afternoon with watching the Kindergarten assembly - wow, they did a great job!
