Please remember that this Thursday at 7:30am will be our final mandatory parent meeting for the Drumheller trip. We will hand out forms and provide all information needed for the trip during this time.
The students have been writing Legends in class. Each legend is focused on an important trait of an animal in Alberta and teaches an important lesson. The students used story lines to plan their legend, and throughout the process have revised to include important story elements such as entertaining beginnings and dialogue. The students are using their Legends to create shadow plays as part of our light and shadow unit. We have also been working on observational drawings of our animals this week.
Mrs. Frampton is away tomorrow. Mrs. Sampson will be in for the day.
Have a great evening everyone!
Question of the day: What do you know about fractions?
